My balance isn't showing
A few quick things to check.
Give it a moment
After you unlock, Kache loads balances across Kaspa L1 and the L2s together. On a slow connection this can take a second or two.
Check the network
Make sure you're on the right network (mainnet vs testnet) in settings. Testnet balances won't show on mainnet and vice-versa.
Refresh
Switch to another tab and back to Portfolio, or reopen the wallet, to force a refresh.
A specific token is missing
- Small balances may be hidden, check the Hide small balances setting.
- Brand-new or unlisted tokens might lack price data but should still show a balance.
Still empty and you're sure funds were sent? Confirm the transaction succeeded on a block explorer using your address, and that it was sent on the network you're viewing.
