Bridging
Bridging moves value between Kaspa Layer 1 and its layer-2 networks, Kasplex and Igra. Kache handles the routing and shows a fee-inclusive quote, so the amount you type is the amount that leaves your wallet.
How to bridge
- Open the Swap / Bridge tab and switch to Bridge.
- Choose the From and To networks (e.g. Kaspa → Kasplex).
- Enter the amount. Kache shows a live estimate of what you'll receive after fees.
- Review and confirm. The bridge deposits to your own address on the destination network.
Bridging is available on mainnet. The receive estimate on the form is refined with live gas and provider fees on the review step before you confirm.
Fees
A bridge involves a few costs, all folded into the quote:
- The network fee on the source chain.
- Destination gas, so your funds arrive usable.
- A small Kache fee and the underlying bridge-provider fee.
Because the quote is fee-inclusive, there are no surprises, what you see received is what arrives.
Minimums
Very small amounts aren't economical to bridge once gas is covered, so bridges have a minimum. If you're below it, Kache will let you know before you confirm.
